We accept exchanges within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you received the items. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (i.e. wrong size or color), please send us an email to email@example.com in order to reserve the article in the size or color required. In case it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one, the new size or color will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item has to be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, (we advise you to try on shoes only on a carpet), accompanied by the relevant original invoice and in the original packaging.
The exchange is subject to the availability of the items requested. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Defective or damaged items
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the defective or damaged item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
