All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
All shipments will be delivered by post or a selected courier service (e.g. UPS, DHL, FedEx). We process and send orders between Monday and Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. The delivery time may vary from 2 - 10 working days depending on where you live.
CostsThe shipping costs vary, depending on the amount of your order, and are indicated separately on the order form and invoice.
We seek your complete satisfaction. Therefore you have the right to return the items, purchased from our online shop agnesavuthaj.com, within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you received the items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it (we advise you to try on shoes only on a carpet), accompanied by the relevant original invoice. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that do not comply with these requirements.
Items purchased online cannot be reimbursed or exchanged for money at Agnesa Vuthaj stores. However, such items may be exchanged for other items at Agnesa Vuthaj stores.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees for returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In case of a return, customs duties and administrativ handling fees can be refunded only as a voucher. Shipping costs will not be refunded by agnesavuthaj.com in case of returns.
We recommend that the items be returned using a courier (i.e. UPS, DHL; FedEX), insuring the entire value of the item and using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be responsible for reimbursement or compensation of items returned but not received by us due to loss, theft or damage that is not attributable to us.
Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to process your return after we have received it. After we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you an email concerning your refund. The time it takes for you to get refunded depends on your credit card. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within two months of the return, at the latest. In case the recipient is not the same person that made the purchase, the refund will be booked onto the credit card holder’s account. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
In case returned merchandise was purchased using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
