Consumers have the right to return the items within 14 days of the date they were received.

Right of Returns

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at info@agnesavuthaj.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email) about your decision to revoke this contract.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Revocation

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it (we recommend trying on shoes only on a carpet), accompanied by the relevant original invoice. It must also be in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that do not comply with these requirements.

Items purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash at Agnesa Vuthaj stores. However, such items may be exchanged for other items at Agnesa Vuthaj stores.

To initiate a return, please send us an email at customerservice@agnesavuthaj.com. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees when returning the item, and these shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the case of a return, customs duties and administrative handling fees can only be refunded in the form of a voucher. Shipping costs will not be refunded by agnesavuthaj.com in the case of returns.

Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to process your return after we have received it. Once we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you an email regarding your refund. The time it takes for you to receive your refund depends on your credit card company. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within two months of the return, at the latest. If the recipient is not the same person who made the purchase, the refund will be credited to the credit card holder's account. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the purchase, and any potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded
